Our mission as a local teachers union is to empower and support our members in providing the highest quality education to our students. We will ensure that our members are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity, and have access to the resources and professional development necessary to excel in their roles. We will advocate for policies and practices that prioritize the well-being and success of our students, our members, and our communities. Through collaboration and collective action, we will advocate for improved working conditions, fair wages, and equity.
